Unable to find requested file: P0001

Symptoms:

User receives the following error message:
Unable to find requested file: P0001
[java.io.FileNotFoundException: <server_ip_address>//realcbt/680198/CD/P0001.ltf]

Detailed Information:

When the applet is loaded to handle the new filetypes it tries to pull The LTF files through the browser on port 80 from the movies folder which is doesn’t have permission to do, so here’s what you have to do in IIS to solve that:

Solution:

• Click on Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Services Manager
• Right-click on the "RealCBT" Website.
• Click on "New", then "Virtual Directory".
• Click on "Next".
• Type in "RealCBT" as the Alias.
• Click on "Next".
• Click "Browse" and go to the "RealCBT Movies" Directory (C:/RealCBT/Movies).
• Click on "Next".
• Select "Read and Run Scripts".
• Click on "Next".
• Click "Finish".
  
• Close IIS.
