Labs hang at Loading…000x

Symptoms:
When trying to to run a lab or a lab question
within a test, the window displays Loading…000x, and
never proceeds.
|
Detailed Information:
The OnlineExpert Labs currently run in the
Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. Conflicts with other
Java Virtual Machines can cause the lab issue
described above.
|
Solution:
- Go to "Control Panel" and double-click "Internet
Options", or select "Tools / Internet Options..." from the Internet
Explorer menu bar.
- Go to the Advanced Tab.
- Locate Java (Sun) and Deselect "Use JRE (Java Runtime
Environment)".
- Click OK and close ALL open
Internet Explorer Windows
- Reopen Internet
Explorer and return to the training. If that does not
resolve the issue, or you do not see the options
listed in the steps above, we recommend that you
contact Shadowbox Technical Support for assistance.
