Class Not Found Error Message with Vista or Windows 7

Symptoms:

When registering a course on CD ROM, you receive an error message "Exception EOLe sys Error in module Velocity.exe at 00083969. Class not registered" or something similar

Detailed Information:

This error is almost always a result of not having the correct version of Windows Media Player, or not having the correct version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.

Solution:

Ensure you have the latest releases of both Windows Media Player and Adobe Flash player installed on your computer.

As well, with Windows Vista and Windows 7 it is sometimes better to install the product in the C:\Learnkey directory instead of the default C:\Program Files\Learnkey directory.
